Job Description Job Description Highly profitable and stable company has an immediate need for an IT Support Specialist for an onsite support role in the Metro Atalanta Area. In this role, you will be the sole IT resource . General duties include handling hw/sw support for users, adding new users and setting up workstations, providing remote and deskside service and phone support, troubleshooting mobile devices, handle the installation, configuration, test, and support of Windows updates, and more.
Requirements:
4+ years of Windows IT support, expert-level troubleshooting experience for software, hardware, setting up workstations (desktop, laptops, mobile devices), monitoring user devices and the network, printer troubleshooting, etc.
Level 1 and 2 experience required.
O365 and azure experience preferred
Knowledge of technical protocols, OS, and standards.
