HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Key Responsibilities
Client Campaign Management and Integration: Support the effective management of client accounts and establish strong internal and external communication to ensure strong client relationships, retention, and successful campaign deliveries.
Collaborate with supervisor account managers to understand client business objectives and provide tailored solutions to reach their goals.
Own pieces of client account project management; overseeing all active tasks, managing rolling priorities for the team, and moving initiatives forward.
Coordinate campaign setup process including organizing and retrieving creative assets, building out ad copy, and QAing previews before launch.
Assist the Finance team in the invoicing process.
Contribute to the creation, editing, and presentation of materials for internal and external meetings.
Identify and upsell new opportunities and initiatives contributing to clients' goals.
Can navigate biddable media channels and can conceptualize channel capabilities
Able to multitask multiple accounts, deliverables, account teams
Performance Reporting: Generate analysis reports detailing campaign performance metrics, including budgets, and media placements.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.
Digital Marketing Training Participate in training programs to build up knowledge in various paid media areas and bring value to clients.
YOUR BACKGROUND
1-2 years of relevant account management experience, digital marketing preferred
Experience with Search, Display and Paid Social advertising
Strong time management skills -- ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc) is a plus
Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and a team player
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Experience in MS Excel and interest in building up analytical skills

This role is based in our NYC office and you must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office for this role.
