Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities: Knowledge & Skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices
Attention to detail and ability to detect and present possible quality-related issues promptly.
Physical and Special Requirements:
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
May need to lift, up to 40 pounds
Limited exposure to potentially hazardous substances.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow good documentation practices to complete necessary documentation when appropriate.
Receive Account Setup Forms, qualify and add practitioners/practices to the LifeFiles system.
Ensure applicants have provided all necessary documentation and verify (as needed) credentials.
Receive orders and input orders into the LifeFile System
Answer phone calls to assist clients with placing and/or tracking orders.
Field and report complaints to the Quality Unit as needed.
According to established SOPs
Pull product for entered orders and process through production section of LifeFiles
Package and ship products to customers
Label Finished Product as needed.
Assist with boxing finished product as needed
Qualifications: Qualifications
High School Diploma
No prior felonies and no misdemeanors with relation to controlled substances
Ability to pass initial and subsequent drug tests with regard to illicit drugs.
