The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Director of National Accounts, the National Account Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with the top-tier of key accounts for the organization including a focus on revenue growth, revenue acquisition and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Key Job Responsibilities

Working in coordination with the Director of National Accounts, develop and execute a tactical and strategic business plan to achieve objectives and goals within specified time frames

Identify and acquire new business from target corporate accounts

Maintain and grow business levels within assigned, existing corporate accounts.

Establish and execute contractual Master Service Agreements with existing and target corporate accounts

Establish and maintain relationships with key leadership personnel within assigned accounts including, buyers, accounts payable, regulatory, EHS management and executives

Articulate and present the company value proposition and full range of services to key decision makers and influencers within target account organizations

Utilize company information management systems in order to provide regular and recurring updates to upper management

Organize and coordinate strategic account penetration and communication activity by working and leveraging the structure of the sales organization, including Customer Service, Regional Sales Managers and Regional Account Managers

Travel with Regional Account managers, conduct joint sales calls and support their professional development

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree preferred, but other degrees or equivalent and relevant industry experience will be considered

Must be able to travel extensively within the United States making sales calls to current & prospective new customers

Minimum five (10) years experience in the environmental service industry

Minimum three (5) years\' experience in a direct sales role including travel

Effective speaker that can present and articulate the organizational value proposition to gain customer growth
