The RegionalDirector of Sales is responsible for developing long and short term marketingstrategy for their branch location(s). Responsibilities
Develops a high-performance team through effective management,organization, development and motivation of personnel
Works closely with Sr. Management, provides vision and business focus tobranch sales team
Develops comprehensive business plans for branch location(s) to meetoverall business objectives
Oversees the implementation of new products that meet the customer's needsand organizational goals. Encourages new product ideas and fosters sharedunderstanding of product/market concepts that are pertinent to target markets
Coaches, motivates, and directs sales team in generating new accountsand revenue streams for Amerita while achieving annual sales quota
Develops and maintains key strategic regional and executive relationshipswith key accounts, target accounts, and manufacturing
Ensures that revenue objectives are met or exceeded. Plans and executessales and marketing activities to maximize and develop the company's sales
Sets and monitors sales and marketing strategic direction and growthstrategies (including new business and new therapies or products)
Ensures the development of sales and marketing programs and improvementinitiatives that support business objectives
Establishes and monitors key indicators and other tools that measureaccountability in the area of sales; monitors efficiency of sales teamoperation
Monitors competition within region and develops plans to impede competitiveadvances
Understands payer environment and demonstrates ability to manage payer mix
Performs other tasks or special projects as requested by management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field
A minimum of seven years sales experience in the healthcare market and aminimum of three years in sales management
Demonstrated experience in working within dynamic fast growthorganizations, preferably in the home infusion market
Skilled in sales management, sales training, reporting, CRM, and increating a sustainable sales platform for future growth and expansion
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Past record of adaptability, managing change, shifting paradigms, andcreativity
General business and financial acumen. Comprehensive understanding ofbudgeting, forecasting, planning, sales metrics, work flow, andprocess management
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis role is responsible for the management of the Regional Sales Team overalland generally has 5-10 direct reports.
