Position: PURO Regional Sales Director (RSD) - New England Territory (Remote)
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and execute strategic sales plans focused on expanding Puro's market share within the New England region.
Generate and adhere to a short, mid, and long-term sales forecast and budget, aligning with the company’s broader objectives.
Supervise, guide, and coordinate the sales activities of our independent sales agencies and distributors.
Foster and cultivate strong relationships with industry stakeholders to promote Puro's innovative solutions.
Organize web-based training sessions to introduce and train on Puro's products.
Provide setup and training of Puro's products to customers upon purchase.
Champion the introduction of new technologies and products across various channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Territory Sales Management.
Proven background in UV Disinfection Solutions Sales, Operating Room Capital Equipment Sales, Infection Prevention Sales and Technology, Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales, or Education Technology/Capital Equipment Sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid Driver’s License, with readiness to travel within the New England territory (~50%).
Desirable Skills:
Experience with specifying capital equipment in Operating rooms.
Knowledge in designing or specifying components for HVAC systems.
Familiarity with germicidal ultraviolet lighting systems.
Knowledge of building management and control systems.
Familiarity with healthcare and operating room equipment sales.
Past experience engaging with or working with major MRO distributors
