As an Executive Assistant you will:

+ Serve as administrative contact and liaison with departmental or program constituents including routing incoming communications, managing requests for information, and welcoming guests.

+ Manage complex calendars and provide a wide variety of tasks including supporting the daily needs of principals, responding to meeting requests, handling scheduling conflicts, and anticipating and resolving problems.

+ Coordinate logistics for meetings, distribution of agendas, and event/facilities reservations.
