About the Role

Icon is seeking a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding team. Based in Denver, CO, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Icon's revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Success in this role hinges on your proactive approach and readiness to seize promising opportunities.

A Day in the Life

Proactively generate new opportunities through various outbound tactics (such as cold calling, Zoom meetings, LinkedIn outreach, and email sequences).

Passionately convey Icon's unique value proposition, forging impactful partnerships that drive sales.

Nurture and manage a diverse pipeline of partner opportunities spanning various industries.

Ensure the efficient and consistent utilization of our CRM system.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to stay updated on current market trends and cultivate relevant relationships.

Align partnership objectives with organizational goals by working collaboratively with other internal Icon teams.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B tech/SaaS sales, including co-selling with sales resources and lead funnel management.

While not mandatory, experience in payroll/HCM sales is highly advantageous.

A natural curiosity and interest in financial products.

Self-motivated and adaptable, with a keen willingness to embrace change.

Proficiency in leveraging sales technology resources such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and outreach sequencing.

A desire to have fun, collaborate, nurture curiosity, and commit to continuous learning.
