About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Financial Planning and Operations to provide strategic leadership and management in the areas of finance, human resources, and operational functions. The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor, ensuring that services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves sophisticated financial and statistical analysis, developing and maintaining operational and financial metrics, and leading the implementation of strategic objectives. The Executive Director will also be responsible for all financial and HR operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal oversight, and will work to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of financial and data analysis leadership experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in financial management, planning practices, and proficiency in related software. Strong collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with a diverse population. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, with the ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and ensure the successful integration of financial and personnel actions. Experience in process re-engineering and a commitment to customer service are also important for this position.
