**What we are looking for** A highly organized and motivated Senior Sales & Operations Manager to oversee our Concierge operations in the multiple markets, ensure profitability, control costs and quality standards to total guest satisfaction. This person will be responsible for leading a team of in-market Concierge managers and work in tandem with our in-market Field Operations team to provide a seamless stay. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences and has strong sales & operations management skills. + Manage all aspects of Concierge sales, service and operations for multiple markets; responsible for planning department goals and directing team members to achieve results.

+ Oversee and develop Concierge team members, including providing ongoing training, coaching and performance management.

+ Create and implement up-selling techniques to promote services and facilities to maximize revenue.

+ Monitor and analyze guest service and satisfaction ratings and address issues accordingly.

+ Identify process improvement opportunities to ensure smooth operations for both internal and external stakeholders.

+ Hire, train and coach a team to drive performance in your assigned markets.

+ Create and analyze department KPIs and create summary reports to leadership

+ Partner directly with Head of Concierge to create standard operating procedures, playbooks, guidelines, training and other high value assets to enable department wide success

+ Act as the main point of contact for both existing vendors; actively seek out new vendor relationships and partnerships to enhance the guest experience.

+ Anticipate the needs of our guests and seek creative ways to exceed expectations.

+ Other responsibilities as necessary

+ Bachelors Degree

+ 3+ years of experience in a Concierge or Guest-facing role

+ 3+ years in Sales management, sales operations or operations management

+ Proven success coaching, managing and leading a team; experience developing and implementing training programs a plus

+ Experience in the hospitality industry required

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment; experience in a start-up environment a plus

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

+ Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences

+ Excellent organizational skills; highly-detail oriented
