Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Digital Experience
Position Overview: National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is looking for a talented senior product manager to join our growing team.
We’re seeking a colleague who is passionate about technology and experience design – with experience in digital products and a passion for animals – to help us modernize the experience for the tens of thousands of clients and clinicians in our hospitals.
NVA is on a digital transformation journey and seeking entrepreneurial leaders who are excited to help us build our capabilities up. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Digital Experience, you’ll join a growing team of technologists and clinicians, working in a fast-paced environment to build experiences that improve the lives of animals, their companions, and caregivers.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead efforts in developing and launching new technology products. You will help grow a new consumer brand that simplifies pet care for both pet parents and veterinarians, and will ensure market success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle, including design, development, rollout, and adoption across hundreds of hospitals This person will also have a good mix of business and technical acumen to help shape our digital experience at large scale.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and vision.
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to drive the development of new technology products. End-to-end responsibility from design, development, rollout and iterative improvement as we scale adoption.
Roadmap Planning: Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market demands, and technological capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders, including veterinarians, clients, and internal teams, to gather insights and feedback, ensuring high product quality and utility.
Manage External Partnerships: From integrations with 3rd-parties who support NVA technologies, to design and engineering vendors.
Performance Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize features and user experience.
Qualifications
6-8 years of product management experience, with a focus on technology products.
Proven success in bringing innovative products to market, preferably within the healthcare or veterinary industry.
Strong understanding of veterinary medicine, digital marketing tools, and technology trends.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Expectations
Work remotely in the United States, with ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
Passion and understanding of the human-animal bond.
Detail-oriented on insights, design, and execution.
Ability to mix great judgment, problem-solving and experience to prioritize, manage risk, and set fast timelines.

Compensation: The compensation for this role will range from $160-190,000 with benefits
