Help Desk Support Analyst

Orlans Group is seeking a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our dynamic and growing law firm and real property focused companies. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Help Desk Level 1, 2 and 3 Support for applications and hardware.

Provide hands on assistance for remote infrastructure projects working with remote team members.

Provide backup support duties remotely to other locations.

Provide technical support for all hardware including but not limited to: desktops, laptops, copiers, scanners, desk and cell phones, and tablets.

Deploy hardware for all break-fix issues.

Create User accounts and applicable security necessary for specific positions.

Set up and deploy equipment (PC and phones) for new and existing employees.

Job Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.

Prefer three years' experience in providing personal computer support including implementing, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft windows environments.

Working knowledge of IT ticketing systems.

High degree of customer service skill is required.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills are required.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical relocation of PC's, Monitors, and Printers.

High level of attention to detail is required.

Must be an independent worker within a team environment to succeed.

Position is in our Troy, MI office, may have the ability to work from home 1 day per week
