Position Summary

Join one of the fastest growing leaders in the Wire & Cable industry in our brand new customer support department! Our Customer Support Specialists work as a team to act as bridge builders for new and old accounts by directly working with customers and figuring out what we can do to best address their needs.

In this position, you will handle transactional type customers through tools and training provided through our robust training program to enable them to handle a high volume of customer needs throughout the day. This position provides a great roadmap for both experienced and entry level individuals to grow and succeed, and is a great fit for someone who is....

What You'll Do

* Handles first level customer support.

* Works to process orders and/or satisfy customer needs.

* Proactively follows up on open opportunities.

* Works with leads (phone and email) to increase sales.

* Updates CRM contact database (HubSpot)

* Processes quotes for mostly stock material. Sourcing non-stocked material may be required.

* Meet and exceed target group metrics (i.e. phone calls handled, orders processed, line cards distributed, etc.)

What You Need to Bring

* Associates degree preferred.

* Sales experience and/or customer support experience preferred

* Experience with Salesforce or HUBSPOT CRM preferred.

* Must be used to fast paced, highly transactional work environment.

* Experience with metric driven work environment.
