As a System Administrator, you will:
Collaborate with stakeholders on features, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functioning for over 100 applications and services.
Manage workflows and configurations to meet stakeholder needs.
Develop light automation tasks, SQL queries, and API interactions for reporting and data management.
Serve as an escalation point for the Client Services team.
Qualifications;
3-5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration
Familiarity with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow
Ability to take ownership of applications and ensure proper utilization
Knowledge of floating networking license management tools like FlexLM, RLM, etc.
Understanding of the application purchasing process and lifecycle management
Experience with Windows/Linux
Proficiency with Ticketing system: ServiceNow
Automation, SQL queries, and API Interactions
Collaboration with stakeholders on features, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $116,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
