Aleysian is a rapidly growing company in the Salesforce consulting space. We are looking for a creative and driven Sr Account Executive to use their sales and account management skills to drive network-based sales opportunities.
We are experts in helping our clients adopt and implement Salesforce as the heartbeat of their business processes, allowing employees to maximize their production and effectiveness. Most of our engagements are performed remotely from our offices in Chicago, IL & Dallas, TX.
As our next Sr Account Executive you will have passion for building relationships, a dedication to continuous learning, and understand that communication and collaboration are vital to success.
Job Responsibilities Develop and amplify relationships with key industry partners to build pipeline and close business with new and existing clients
Manage deal cycles and build partnerships with enterprise-level decision makers
Strategic Account Planning with current and potential clients
Identify and expand client acquisition strategies
Engage companies and lead discussions around business processes, vision, and innovation
Requirements 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably experience in consulting service sales and working within a partner driven sales model
Experience with Salesforce is preferred
Experience working in or selling into Health & Life Sciences, Manufacturing or Retail/CPG/eCommerce
Strong verbal, written communication, and negotiation skills
Understanding of CRM concepts and their business impact (Sales Force Automation and Customer Service)
Willingness to learn in a rapidly moving environment
Be results-oriented, able to take a task and achieve objectives with minimal guidance
Ability to handle multiple priorities, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without limitation
