Position Summary

(This role is accepting full-time remote candidates)

The Business Development Representative is responsible for finding and developing new business opportunities for the strategy team. This role will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers for an array of digital marketing service offerings. This role should be comfortable with developing leads and meeting sales development quotas that will boost sales and contribute to long-term business growth.

Key Functions

Conduct 100 – 150 activities (calls and emails per day).

Follow up on in-bound marketing leads, webinar registrants and attendees.

Proactively prospect for ICP (ideal customer profile) opportunities within CRM (Salesforce) and outside database leveraging tool stack (ZoomInfo, eTail, SEMrush, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.)

Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meetings for marketing strategists to further assess a prospect’s business and potential for partnership.

Document detailed notes of the prospect journey inside our CRM.

Maintain a working knowledge of Agital’ s services and technology solutions.

Report directly to the VP of Sales on KPI performance.

Leverage cutting edge sales enablement tools for day-to-day workflow efficiency.

Collaborate across Agital divisions to schedule meetings for appropriate strategists.

Surpass monthly quotas of qualified meetings and closed business revenue.

Enhance your sales career by learning the necessary skill set needed to be a world class sales representative.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or least 3 years of experience in prospecting.

Track record of high achievement.

Experience with CRM and sales technology tools a plus.

Excellent written, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated, independent, competitive, proactive in your sales approach.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Confidence presenting to a prospect an overview of the company; willingness to overcome objections.

Ability to understand customer needs and meet those needs with a recommendation for next steps.

Demonstrated experience to learn fast, be creative, and think outside the box.

The expected salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. Actual compensation offered will range by experience and location.
