About the Role
As a Business Development Rep, you'll be responsible for cultivating interest with automotive repair shops with the goal of identifying and signing up new customers as well as scheduling sales calls for our inside sales team. We're looking for a high-energy person who is creative and passionate about sales. You Are
Are down to earth and enjoy helping blue-collar, small business owners succeed
Have worked in a similarly fast-paced sales environment, meeting or exceeding quotas
Know that you excel at sales, cultivating relationships, and are a master of conversation
Bring enthusiasm, coachability, a team spirit, and an eagerness to learn
Are self-motivated, passionate about your performance, and have a growth mindset
You Will
Research and identify prospects
Add prospects to sales funnel
Maintain a detailed database of leads and track their progress through the sales funnel
Help monitor competition, industry, and partner trends
Support the sales team
Organize and re-engage prospects after any missed calls, lost deals, etc.
You Have
Must Have:
1-2 years of experience with high volume sales phone calls (300-500+ calls / week)
Nice to Have:
Automotive industry experience and/or SaaS sales experience
