Job Title: Policy and Program Specialist

Location: Rockville, Maryland

Hours: 8:30 am or 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Days: Monday- Friday

Temporary Assignment: September 5, 2023, to December 19, 2023

Job Description:

Review existing documentation, as well as conduct research and analysis in the Office of Compliance, Risk, and Ethics (OCRE) to assist in drafting the OCRE Annual Report.

Assist in designing and executing Compliance Week activities virtually and in-person - including finalizing the program, developing daily compliance and ethics-related emails.

Assist the Executive Associate in creating a successful MC Compliance Week.

Monitor the Youth Protection mailbox, assist with scanning documents, and work to organize electronic and paper files.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Managment, Business, or equivalent.

Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Program Specialist or similar role

Strong knowledge of budgeting, researching, and report writing

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.

Good time management and organizational skills

Relevant training and/or certifications as a Program Specialist
