Summary
LABUR is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-5 years of agency experience. This role is responsible for handling the full consultant lifecycle from initial screening all the way through to project close.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end relationships with consultants from initial screenings to project close
Proactively source top talent through various channels including internal database, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach
Maintain regular touchpoints while developing rapport with LABUR’s consultants to facilitate the creation of life-long relationships
Maintain a high level of communication and transparency with sales team and candidates throughout the recruiting process
Provide hands-on management of consultants to ensure project success and collaborate with clients to effectively resolve any challenges
Build an extensive network and rapport though proactive market research and relationship management
Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady stream of talent for current and future hiring needs
Explore creative methods and approaches for targeted consultant interactions
Pass leads and key marketplace information to senior leadership and sales team
Partner with senior leadership to identify effective sourcing strategies and recruit experienced consultants
Qualifications
1-5 years of agency recruiting experience in a Recruiting or Full Desk Recruiting role
Experience working with resources in the IT or technology field is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Demonstrated ability to learn and understand internal applicant tracking system and recruiting tools
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite – specifically, strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent work ethic, personal initiative, and positive attitude
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to easily adapt to shifting responsibilities in a dynamic, agile environment
