About the Role
as Account Manager you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver value, deepen relationships and expand our partnership with our customers.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with existing customers.
Proactively own and manage a portfolio of accounts and be their main point of contact.
Up-sell and grow revenue within existing accounts including developing plans to deepen relationships, deliver value and expand partnerships.
Be able to independently create and execute strategies that lead to growth, leadership development, and account reach.
Become a product expert and trusted advisor to your accounts.
Understand how customers interact with LabOS products and identify needs, challenges, and solutions.
Prepare and lead business review discussions.
Job Requirements
Permit to work in the USA – must.
3+ years’ experience in account/client management or customer success, preferably in the health industry.
Experience working within the SaaS/Infrastructure/Software space
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
Ability to project manage various initiatives with internal and external teams.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, highly motivated, positive attitude with ability to learn independently.
Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
Clinical knowledge and/or clinical laboratory familiarity – Advantage.
