Asesoramiento científico:

Es responsable del material y asesoramiento científico al profesional de la salud, para contribuir: 1) a la difusión de la patología y a la identificación temprana de nuevos pacientes; 2) al conocimiento sobre los beneficios de las terapias innovadoras de la línea; 3) a la concientización del profesional sobre la importancia de la continuidad del tratamiento, para que éste puede asegurar la adherencia de los pacientes

Apoyar en la implementación de programas de educación que estén a la vanguardia y proponer temas a tratar en las capacitaciones médicas internas.

Identificar nuevos centros con potencial de excelencia, médicos de referencia y futuros key opinión leaders y los apoya continuamente e impulsa su crecimiento.

Desarrollar redes de profesionales para fomentar y facilitar el trabajo interdisciplinario en los diferentes centros.

Tener un rol activo en las actividades científicas, capacitaciones y reuniones nacionales e internacionales en las que participan sus clientes.

Desarrollo estratégico del negocio:

Desarrollar e implementar un plan de negocios anual regional, completo e implementar las estrategias de marketing de la unidad.

Proporcionar un análisis consistente y actualizado sobre la realidad diaria y personalizada de las instituciones asignadas y compartir este análisis con los colaboradores de la unidad de negocios.

Llevar una base de clientes existentes e identificar nuevos (médicos, auditores médicos) para mercados futuros, implementar nuevas estrategias para la comercialización de las terapias y asistir en la gestión de programas exitosos de reembolso.

Realizar giras para incrementar su influencia estratégicamente

Dirigir e implementar proyectos especiales e innovadores que tienen un impacto en los objetivos y resultados del negocio.

Comunicarse e interactuar con grupos de trabajo que se relacionen en forma directa con pacientes y asociaciones de pacientes y difundir con ellos el sentido de urgencia.

Participar de reuniones regulares y/o ad hoc con el departamento de acceso y pacientes a fin de actualizar y planificar medidas que se adapten a las necesidades de los pacientes.

Requerimientos:

Experiencia previa en roles como KAM, Gerente de Distrito, o en áreas de Marketing o Acceso (Industria farmacéutica).

Experiencia en líneas de Neurología, Enfermedades Raras y/o productos de especialidad.

Formación:

Universitario finalizado en carreras vinculadas a salud: Medicina, Biotecnología, Química & Farmacia, Biología, Odontología, enfermería, entre otras (Excluyente).

Licencia de conducir vigente (Excluyente).

Conocimiento previo en el manejo de Veeva (Deseable)
