Description:

Matson Navigation is doing a migration to Windows 11 for their Oakland office. Looking for an entry level IT support tech to help them focus on their migration.

This person will be helping upgrade 400 endpoints at the office with the possibility of helping with remote deployments for other California offices.

 Experience in setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook hardware and software (Windows is required, Mac OS is a plus).

 Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent applications, cloud-based applications such as Office 365, Skype for Business, and SharePoint.

 Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and network services (i.e., DNS, DHCP, etc.).

 Experience with MS SCCM and patch management in an enterprise environment.

 Experience with Active Directory concepts and administration.

 Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment.

 Experience supporting a variety of Wi-Fi-enabled devices.

 Experience supporting mobile devices, including Apple iOS, and Android OS.

 Excellent problem solving and communications skills, especially over the telephone with good interpersonal skills, highly energetic and attention to customer service.

 Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

 Experience supporting a campus environment with geographically dispersed locations is a plus.
