About the Team

The Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy and a positive Consumer, Merchant and Dasher experience. We're building the world's leading last-mile logistics platform and we believe that in order to accomplish this we'll need to disrupt ourselves a few times along the way! Our team owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher & Logistics life cycle ranging from cost & quality, to Dasher pay, to Dasher retention, to order batching and beyond.

About the Role

In this role, you'll help lead the 0-1 development of new business cases/products. You'll set strategy for what bets we invest in, dive deep into the data to track and drive results, and work with a cross-functional team to take ideas from the drawing board to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing our strategy & go to market for new initiatives - finding ways to improve the business, drive growth, and improve quality while also finding opportunities to reinvest cost savings from our business* Setting and owning business metrics and developing plans to improve performance* Owning day to day execution on initiatives that enable us to achieve our vision and north stars* Working cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, to improve our profitability, enable growth, and influence the progression of our business

Compensation

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.
