Our projects focus on improving the Dasher experience through education, incentives and affordable access to gear that enable Dashers to maximize their earnings.

The team is composed of people from different professional backgrounds collaborating to test and scale marketing, operational, and product solutions to these challenges.

About the Role In this role, you will own communications and programs to improve Dasher (Driver) quality and supply for growing delivery verticals and order types on the platform.

You will manage the Dasher lifecycle using email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging.

You will design and execute experiments that leverage these communications channels.

You will work on a highly cross-functional and collaborative team of marketers, operators, and product experts.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will... Develop, test and implement CRM strategies to improve Dasher equipment adoption, Dasher delivery quality, and Dasher supply for new verticals and order types.

Create CRM automations and execute on an A/B testing roadmap (layout, format, frequency, cadence, creative, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email performance Manage end-to-end development and execution of email, SMS, push and in-app campaigns.

Includes driving the creative review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments, sizing and tracking experiments, and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders Set up and monitor complex journeys, triggers and automations, partnering with engineering to ensure dynamic events and data are properly routed to our CRM platform Collaborate with Logistics, Growth, Analytics, Product and Product Marketing teams to craft programs that will improve the Dasher experience Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports Offer strategic guidance to our international partners to globalize and scale U.S. strategies in international markets

We're excited about you because you have... 3+ years of experience in marketing or growth overall;

2+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, or retention marketing Deep experience with CRM technology including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems;

Experience with Iterable is a plus Iterable or Braze proficiency preferred.

Strong analytical skills; able to create and analyze data-driven marketing campaigns end to end A record of driving business results via cross-channel marketing campaigns.

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, etc.

Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & able to multi-task

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
