About The Team/role
Checkr is seeking a Senior Account Manager with proven relationship management experience to monitor our clients' needs and ensure they receive products and services on time. In this role, your responsibilities are to manage our Enterprise accounts while partnering with Customer Success to ensure customer happiness and health. You must closely monitor client portfolios and work to recognize opportunities for increasing company revenue while in parallel managing the end to end renewal process.
What You’ll Do
Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
Review client portfolios and communicate upgrades or other opportunities that may benefit them
Work closely with Client Support and Customer Success to maintain customer health and identify risk.
What You Bring
A bachelor's degree in business or marketing (preferred)
At least 3 years of proven sales or account management experience
High technical aptitude and clear communication skills
A mathematical approach to pricing and proposal positioning
Strong time management skills and project prioritization
Skills in customer relationship management, proposal writing, and portfolio management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience using Salesforce CRM software, and Outreach

The on-target earnings for this role is $195,696 to $264,765 in San Francisco, CA.
