National Sales Director, Environmental Testing
I am partnered with a private equity-backed Environmental and Energy testing company that is seeking a National Sales Director for their Environmental Laboratories . The role involves developing new business and maintaining relationships within Texas (main area of focus), Oklahoma, and Louisiana , with a focus on the environmental testing market ( water, soil, and air testing ).
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve lead generation targets for environmental testing.
Maintain and manage key customer accounts.
Develop and implement client relationship management strategies.
Identify new business leads and contact prospective clients.
Conduct industry and market analysis for Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
Articulate the value and availability of environmental testing services.
Leverage regional and corporate resources to open new opportunities.
Manage sales transitions and provide supporting documentation using sales tools.
Travel 1-2 weeks per month to meet with prospects and clients.
Attend regional and industry events as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-5 years of successful sales experience in a relevant market.
ESSENTIAL: 2+ years of experience selling environmental testing services , including water, soil, and air testing .
Location: Anywhere in Texas. Remote/Hybrid. Preferred Location: Houston.
Compensation: Very competitive compensation package offered.
