The Role CCC is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates to fill various customer service positions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our call centers are staffed with skilled and dedicated professionals who can provide outstanding customer service. You will be given the opportunity to make a difference here at CCC by helping to partner with our Business Leaders as they look to hire great talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
Schedule interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
Administer assessments, tests, and other evaluation tools to determine candidates' skills and suitability for customer service roles.
Create and post job listings on relevant job boards, our career website, as well as other recruitment channels.
Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and preferences.
Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
Generate recruitment reports and provide regular updates on the status of open positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and initial training coordination.
Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent
4+ years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service recruiting experience.
Demonstrable experience handling a high volume of roles and working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work in a team environment and solve complex problems.
Relationship-building experience
High attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset
Ability to work with remote team members and cross-functional teams in a collaborative fashion to ensure success and produce results.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong sense of collaboration, ownership, urgency, and client commitment
