The Valley Honda Sales Department is a fun, fast-paced, work environment. Our sales consultants work together with our sales managers to achieve performance goals through making connections with people, and above all providing clients with World Class Customer Satisfaction. The Sales Consultant position requires product knowledge, people skills, and negotiating ability. Prior sales experience is preferred. Adopting the skills necessary to perform our processes to deliver great client experiences and embracing teamwork are key attributes to succeed in our Sales Department. We are interested in self - motivated people who want to work together with their teammates to achieve our performance goals.

Prior sales experience preferred.
Accomplished customer service skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
A valid Driver's License
Automotive Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities
Build rapport with potential clients in the showroom, over the phone and by way of emailing and SMS messaging.
Perform a Wants and Needs Analysis to discover the clients preferred vehicle choice.
Taking clients on test drives and demonstrating vehiclefeatures using our walk around process and producing videos.
Write complete sales order and process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies and principles.
Act as a liaison between client and sales management throughout the sales process.
Collaborating with teammates and sales managers to achieve performance goals.
Understanding client's purchasing needs and providing a seamless purchase experience.
Build a thorough customer base for repeat and referral sales.
Maintaining a customer database and communicating withthem regularly.

Prolonged periods of walking, standing and working from a computer
Ability to drive vehicles for appraisals and testdrives
Physically able to perform assignedtasks
Must be able to work in all types of weather
