Customer Support Specialist

A well-established women’s apparel company is currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with our retail partners to align merchandising strategies and ensure timely and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused with strong computer literacy, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Onsite Los Angeles, CA 90061 (this is not a remote role)

Position Type: Full-time direct hire

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with retail partners to synchronize merchandising strategies.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.

Monitor inventory to minimize stockouts.

Track account shipments, In Stock, Sales & Sell Thru.

Assist with sample requests.

Address customer inquiries and issues promptly.

Requirements:

Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft products, specifically Excel.

Accurate and timely data entry skills with a strict focus on data integrity.

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task.

Ability to create, manage, and maintain accurate and detailed files.

Experience with Walmart, Macy’s, Kohl’s, or other major retailers is a plus.

Familiarity with Walmart Retail Link, Item 360, Luminate, etc., is a plus!

Comp: $60-75k
