You will support the entire Revenue Organization while prioritizing the Sales team. The Impact You’ll Make
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sales Enablement team and lead the development and execution of soft skills programming, GTM learning experiences, manager development, and our overall Sales Effectiveness Strategy. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will primarily lead initiatives to strengthen the capabilities of our managers and leaders, ensuring they possess the skills, knowledge, and resources required to effectively lead and inspire their teams. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall effectiveness of our Sales team and driving the success of our go-to-market efforts across the entire revenue organization.
You Will:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy and roadmap that focuses on soft skills programming and manager/leadership development
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Account Management, Measurement, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product teams, to understand business objectives and tailor enablement programs to meet the organization's needs
Identify skill gaps and training needs within the Sales organization and develop relevant programs to address those gaps
Design, deliver, and continuously improve soft skills training programs, including but not limited to communication skills, effective discovery and meeting prep, relationship building, benefits-based selling, negotiation skills, and objection handling
Create and execute manager and leadership development programs that empower our leaders to drive performance, provide effective coaching, and build high-performing teams across the revenue organization
Utilize a variety of training methodologies, such as e-learning, workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions, to ensure an engaging and impactful learning experience for participants
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through metrics, feedback, and assessment tools, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance program outcomes
Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to develop and maintain a measurement strategy, feedback loop process, and best practices to drive consistency and improve sales performance
Partner with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market efforts, providing input on messaging, positioning, and sales collateral development
Stay updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the sales enablement strategy
Build and manage relationships with internal subject matter experts to regularly co-develop and contribute to learning initiatives
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or related roles
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs focused on soft skills and manager development
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Proficiency in utilizing various learning technologies and platforms for training delivery
Strategic mindset with the ability to align enablement programs with business objectives and drive measurable results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, hybrid, or in-office work environment
Experience in sales enablement skills program and execution development, including manager or leader coaching or development
Facilitation/training delivery experience
Sales experience is strongly preferred
Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience:
Social media or adtech platform sales enablement experience
Demonstrated ability to operate independently with no resources or budget, leveraging resourcefulness, creativity, and initiative
Ability to distill ambiguity, with strong organizational skills and detail-oriented focus
Experience in go-to-market strategy and cross-functional collaboration
Advanced communication and presentation skills
Deep understanding and experience with social and native advertising
Successful track record of developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders

Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create one overall rewards package.
The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $120,000- $175,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.
We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.
Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
