As a Logistics Account Executive, you’ll be the single point of contact between the Customers you're expected to acquire, and the Carriers you will utilize to manage your Book of Business for each customer’s shipment transportation needs 24/7/365. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are not afraid to pick up the phone, and can handle working in a high-volume transactional business-to-business sales position, you're a problem-solver with a hunger for financial freedom. We want you to join our team.

About the Position: Logistics Account Executive (Customer Sales)

Location: On-site – Chicago

Status: Full-Time

UNCAPPED COMMISSION: 25% - 35%

What’s The Offer:

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

Understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.

Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve sales and revenue targets by implementing effective strategies.

Proactively make 75 daily calls to find, close, and establish growing relationships with customers to build your book of business from the ground up.

Negotiate with shippers and carriers to manage daily shipments to ensure pickup and delivery are on time, 24/7/365

What We Need From You:

Be on time, 7:00 AM

Be high energy, have a positive attitude, and the determination/work ethic to build your book of business by being harder working and more disciplined than anyone you know.

Be Coachable.

A college degree is preferred but not necessary to be a successful sales representative.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not necessary

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to be agile and handle conflicts professionally.

An obsession for success, order, and great customer service

Organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

Minimum 2 years of Customer Sales experience.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
