Missions & Responsibilities Build the Account Plan in order to define the account strategy and align the plan with the customer and the internal stakeholders. Key Accountabilities: Maintaining current business as usual: Understanding the customer's stakes, expectations and vision, and how GTS offers can support the customer's business

Increase opportunity pipeline and win rate on new markets/ products/customers

Identifying and Defining Strategic Initiatives, in collaboration with the customer, to generate growth

Prepare the ground for better capture: acts as the prospect / customer's trusted advisor & shaper

Shape solutions according to our product policy

Contribute to building and strengthening customer relationship based on partnership

Fostering new business: Explore, qualify, structure, negotiate, and execute partnership programs and agreements

Build a partnership model with current and new GTS customers

Map partner organizations, design go-to-market plans, and understand partner sales processes & routes to market

Build out business plans and relationship governance models with partners including global and regional routes to market as part of our plans

Promote innovation capabilities

Ensure the alignment between sales leads and business line strategy & KAM

Identify potential showstoppers in the early phase and promote innovation capabilities toward strategic partners

Support the capture team as a capture team member

Increased pipeline of profitable opportunities

Market penetration

First contract signed / established partnerships / Quick wins

Customer Support & Services (innovation)

Key Requirements: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business

Minimum of 8 years of business development experience

Experience working with government authorities in a business development capacity

Familiarity with government acquisition regulations and processes

Prior employment within conglomerates with government contracts, ideally transit

Extensive exposure to the customer industry

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with transit authorities

Capable of driving results across virtual teams and able to represent GTS as a whole

Entrepreneur mindset with a true sense of initiative, curiosity and autonomy

Acts naturally as a team builder and is a good communicator

Ability to convince, persuade and negotiate, both internally & externally
