IT Support Specialist

KeenLogic is seeking to hire a Journeyman Document Specialist for the Center of Disease Control. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience with IT Support and be responsible for installing Windows image on all machines, unboxing/boxing equipment, inventory of equipment, etc. This is a full-time, on-site position offering benefits, PTO, 401k, and Life Insurance.
Requirements
Education HS/GED or equivalent experience
2+ years IT related experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
3+ years of direct interaction with customers and clients in a corporate or government environment
Specific Skills
2+ years hardware experience working with a variety of Intel based PCs, laptops, tablets, and servers;
Trouble shooting issues that might come up while imaging.
Inventory of equipment
2+ years experience imaging machines. (Ghost/SCCM)
2+ years software experience: Win7/Win10, Outlook (Exchange), mobile phone support (Droid, Blackberry, & IPhone), Imaging PCs with provided Windows image.
2+ years of property management systems
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Strong ability to track and report any issues. Unboxing equipment
Re-boxing equipment after imaged.
Processing equipment to be shipped

Highly skilled in multi-tasking
Windows imaging
Communication skills in both written and verbal are a must.
Must be able to work with a small team and create cohesive team environment.
