At least 3 years relevant experience required. Competent in application support for OnPoint LXP. Work with moderate guidance on escalated issues and prioritize, investigate and resolve them with minimal guidance from others. Prioritize and organize all escalated issues and assigned tasks to meet agreed deadlines.
Act as a thought partner to the Program Manager on highly complex, programs consulting on general logistics, virtual classroom / LMS functionality, ILT deployment and event management.
Takes the lead in implementing general logistics, virtual classroom / LMS functionality, ILT deployment and event management and communications.
Implements and manages the virtual learning environment in OnPoint LMS and other systems including Xyleme LCMS.
Builds new curricula, skill profiles, and nuggets in OnPoint.
Manages existing curricula/learning assets and registers participants.
Implements training measurements via quizzes, surveys, and certifications.
Supports the deployment of new learning materials and supports team readiness prior to launches.
