1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we are seeking a Manager Account Management, SMB Brands to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to our Director of Sales , the Manager Account Management, SMB Brands will be at the forefront of driving adoption, expansion, and retention for our growing customer base.

As Manager Account Management, SMB Brands at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead a team of Account Managers dedicated to ensuring timely renewals for a high customer retention rate.

Provide coaching, development, and career growth opportunities for your team.

Customer Engagement and Growth:

Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to expand customers' usage of our evolving capabilities and services.

Act as a customer advocate, gathering internal feedback to continuously improve our service offerings.

Conduct regular check-in calls and strategic business reviews to enhance user retention and adoption.

Serve as an executive sponsor with key stakeholders.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain and enhance systems and processes to streamline daily operations for the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Track accounts to identify and mitigate churn risks, closing gaps as needed.

Provide accurate forecasting for churn and upsell.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with marketing and revenue operations to segment and target customers effectively.

Partner with marketing to develop, launch, and track successful campaigns at scale.

Engage in internal product discussions, translating customer feedback into actionable insights for our product teams.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to develop new training materials for successful customer onboarding and business-wide adoption.

Onboard and coach new employees to ensure their success within the 1WorldSync family.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience

10+ years’ experience in a sales or sales support role; preferably inside sales with prospecting and account management responsibility.

3+ years managing a team of sales professionals

Desired Skills and Experience:

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to easily understand the technology and communicate it to prospects

Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic

Results-oriented team player with a committed effort to exceed individual goals

Track record in consistently exceeding individual sales goals

Goal-oriented with strong selling skills; background in sales methodology (such as Sandler, Challenger, Winning by Design, Command of the Message, or MEDDICC/MEDDPICC)

Comfortable handling incoming inquiries and converting them to contract closure

Ability to work independently or in a team environment while staying focused and organized

Additional Details:
