Information Technology Project Manager

Public Clothing Company is seeking an IT Project Manager to join the IT team 3 days per week. At this time, this role has a hybrid work schedule. It will require some on-site work weekly in the midtown Manhattan office.
Objective: To provide day-to-day administration and support for our ERP system (BlueCherry), assisting business users in maximizing their productivity.
What You'll Do:
Lead project management and process optimization for BlueCherry and associated systems, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
Support omni-channel integration processes, including order lifecycle and inventory management systems.
Utilize programming skills (preferably in Python) to develop custom reporting tools that serve internal and external stakeholders.
Integrate and manage APIs for platforms such as Shopify, enhancing our e-commerce capabilities.
Implement security best practices and governance across a variety of technology platforms including Microsoft 365.
Architect and oversee the migration of file and app servers to Azure Cloud, aiming to enhance scalability and reduce recovery times.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration, extending IT support to include non-traditional areas like EDI and sales.
Champion a culture of flexible working arrangements, ensuring seamless operational flexibility and high employee satisfaction.
Implement and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard data and ensure continuity of operations.
Manage the IT budgeting and planning process for capital and operational expenditures.
Communicate project status and issues in timely fashion and manage expectations with stakeholders and project teams; ensure communications across the project are planned and carried out appropriately
Provide exceptional white-glove support to end-users while maintaining the highest levels of discretion and service quality.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
College degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of technical project management experience required in a corporate IT environment; experience with DTC fashion apparel business a plus!
Proven experience as IT project manager or in a similar senior IT role within technology management.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Strong expertise in ERP systems, with a preference for experience in BlueCherry.
Architect-level experience with public cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Skilled in programming for report generation and automation, using Python, PowerShell, HTML, or similar languages.
Demonstrated ability to lead significant IT initiatives and integration projects.
Excellent leadership abilities, capable of managing cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
