About the Role:
Dr. Squatch, the brand that has been a disruptor in the men's personal care space has expanded with our women's-focused brand, Jukebox. At Jukebox, we’re remixing women’s personal care routines with our line of natural, high-performance products. As a rapidly growing brand under the Dr. Squatch enterprise, we're continuously expanding into new product categories, sales channels, and growth opportunities.
We're seeking passionate and talented individuals to join us in transforming the personal carecategory for females.
This role will report to the Head of Marketing, Jukebox.
This is a full-time role with company benefits based in New York City, NY.
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 to $115,000.Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You'll Do:
Own strategy for all social channels – paid and organic
Own brand marketing calendar
Support paid media efforts for all channels – primary focus on Meta & Google
Create new campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and brand awareness
Optimize and scale campaigns based on target performance metrics
Analyze and report on campaign performance across platforms
Take advantage of latest platform developments (e.g. new features) and opportunities(e.g. betas) across paid media channels
Maintain ad platforms in terms of custom audiences, product catalogs, integrations,billing issues, etc.
Manage and strategically guide freelancers and agencies that support functions such asgenerating ad creative, developing organic content, tracking analytics, etc.
Manage relationships with platform representatives & external partners
About You:
Bachelor’s degree – ideally in Business or Marketing
Background in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar role that displays experience bringing a brand to life
Direct-to-consumer brand experience
5+ years combination of marketing, sales, and/or other relevant experience
Approximately 3 or more years of experience running paid media on Google, Meta,TikTok, and similar platforms
Strong understanding of paid media and associated metrics; experienced in drawinginsights and identifying trends from data
Fundamental understanding of attribution windows, models, and incrementality
Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.

Excellent communication skills
Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
