Marketing Manager

Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, the candidate will play an active role in overseeing the development of materials around MGoNY's portfolio of products and services as well as the updating and editing of the Employee Portal. The candidate will work with both Product Managers and Marketing Coordinators to ensure that the marketing collateral accurately reflects benefits and features of MGoNY's client's products.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the creation and maintenance of product marketing information on the corporate website, employee portal, and Customer Care Site.
Provide product positioning training and materials for Sales, Client Relationship Directors and Customer Success groups.
Oversee creation of marketing collateral such as one-pagers, PPT presentations, case studies, data sheets, whitepapers, FAQs and more.
Develop standardized sales presentations, proposals, scripts, etc.
Assist in product launch communications.
Support channel partners with sales collateral.
Ensure upkeep of all aspects of the Employee Portal, including content and graphic management, weekly updates and internal processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field.
Ideal candidates are bright, outgoing, self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, have excellent writing skills, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple employee types.
Candidates should promote education of team members, while also offering their own insight, suggestions and feedback.
Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the department and company.
Strong work ethic.
