We are looking for an engaging Marketing Manager to create thoughtful, data-driven and innovative marketing strategies for Luna Park in Coney Island. The candidate will be responsible for brand building, content strategy, campaign development, general and digital advertising, audience building, public relations, event management, consumer engagement and reporting. The Marketing Manager will be savvy in creating marketing strategies that meet both short- and long-term business objectives. The Marketing Manager will be the strongest advocate of our iconic amusement park.

Central Amusement International Inc. (CAI) is an amusement park development and management company located in New York City. In 2003, CAI developed Victorian Gardens at Wollman Rink in Central Park, and in 2010 developed Luna Park in Coney Island, at the site of the birthplace of the amusement industry. CAI is part of the Zamperla Group, which is the worldwide leader in the manufacturing of amusement rides.
POSITION: Marketing Manager
LOCATION: Luna Park in Coney Island, 1000 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224
WORK SCHEDULE: On-site in high season (March to October) and hybrid/remote option (three (3) days in office and two (2) days home) outside of high season (November to February)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strengthen and grow the brand recognition
Plan and direct marketing strategy to increase attendance
Manage Marketing Department
Responsible for marketing labor and expenses budget
Responsible for event/programming ideation, planning, and execution
Responsible for all in-park public communications
Responsible for production of all out-going marketing materials
Responsible for planning and executing media buying
Responsible for the maintenance and integrity of marketing data in digital platforms
Coordinate public relation efforts in conjunction with an external PR agency
Coordinate creative advertising campaigns in conjunction with an external creative agency
Coordinate, launch, and optimize search, social, display, and retargeting advertising campaigns
Coordinate best practices customer service communications
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and creative against objectives and metrics
Oversee on-site photo and film projects
Vet sponsorship requests and supervise donation efforts
Support Sales Department
Support Food & Beverage Department to promote product offerings and events
Lead the search and the implementation of innovative, effective, and efficient Marketing solutions
Maintain professional knowledge up to date by participating in conferences and educational opportunities
Perform other duties expected of the Marketing Manager position and assist in all other critical needs of the Company
Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Enthusiasm, energy, creativity and positive attitude
Teamwork, continuous improvement, and process-based culture
Minimum 5 years of experience as Marketing Manager
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Advertising
Experience with integrated marketing sales and copy editing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Marketing Automation Platforms, Social Media Platforms, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, WordPress, and SEO
Due to the nature of the amusement park business, must be able to work a flexible schedule which include weekends
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annual
