As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. You will oversee all aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress. Additionally, you will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project or program. This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in a related field. You should be familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures within the field and rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. You will perform a variety of tasks, lead and direct the work of others, and are expected to demonstrate a high degree of creativity and latitude.
