- 7+ years in Program Management in the IT Industry
- Background in Agile and working with Agile teams
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Experience working as the liaison between different stakeholders
- Background in Product Management is a plus
- Identification, backlog management, staffing key roles and successful planning and executing of program increments.
- Solid knowledge of Agile management and virtual collaboration tools. (e. g. Jira and Jira Align).
