Overview

The Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland is searching for a talented Neonatologist. The neonatologist will provide clinical patient care and on-site coverage in the neonatal intensive care units (NICUs), including night coverage. The neonatologist will treat, using neonatal-perinatal medicine, premature and high-risk babieneonates, inclusive of a complete range of medical and surgical services in a manner that fosters optimal development of the newborn infant as well as incorporates the family into care-plan initiatives. The neonatologist will also provide outpatient coverage of our Neonatology High-Risk Follow Up Neurodevelopmental Clinic as well as inpatient consultations for neonates in units other than the NICU. The neonatologist will be a member of an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary team of professionals that oversee the clinical, training and research segments of patient care.

Qualified applicants will be eligible for faculty appointment at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine as an Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or full Professor, depending upon qualifications.

Excellent salary and full benefits are offered, including partial college tuition remission for faculty member dependents (at any college) and tuition remission for faculty members, spouses and dependents for course work performed at the Johns Hopkins University and the Peabody Music Institute.

Services will be provided in downtown Baltimore at Kennedy Krieger Institute and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
