About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sustainability to lead and integrate sustainability efforts both internally and externally. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing a global corporate sustainability strategy. This includes defining and prioritizing sustainability pillars and initiatives that align with business and market demand, setting KPIs and targets, and building relationships with external stakeholders. The role also involves commercializing sustainability and working with product development and sales teams to create and market sustainable solutions. The VP will be expected to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a sustainability leadership role, with a preference for those with experience in the data center or energy management sector. A solid understanding of TCFD, SASB, and GRI is required, along with excellent people skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels, both within the company and externally.Applicants for the Vice President of Sustainability position at the company should have a proven track record in developing and commercializing sustainable products, as well as the ability to influence and integrate sustainability into the overall business strategy. The role demands a candidate who can lead ESG materiality assessments, prepare annual sustainability reports, and coordinate ESG assessments and ratings. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being preferred. The candidate should have a broad business and technological acumen to integrate sustainability metrics into the company's systems and data architecture. The position is based in Dallas, TX, with some travel expected, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in amplifying the company's current sustainability efforts and partnering with various teams to ensure that sustainability is a core component of the business.
