Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership :

- Team Development and Management :

- Legal and Compliance Oversight :

- Human Resources Management :
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.

- Financial Oversight :
Work closely with the finance team to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
Ensure effective management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial operations.
- Reporting and Communication :
Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports to the CEO and executive team.
Foster open communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and partners.
- Strategic Planning and Execution :
Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to overall business strategy and provide insights on operational improvements.
Develop and execute operational plans to support both short-term goals and long-term vision.
Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably within the finance, blockchain, or fintech industries.
Strong understanding of business functions including Legal, HR, and Finance.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop top-tier talent.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Hands-on approach with a strong sense of initiative and ability to drive results.
Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
