What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop short and long-term sales strategies for national accounts
Manage total P/L responsibility for assigned sales channels
Plan and execute sales forecasts and marketing programs to maximize sales volume and profits
Build and maintain relationships within the ECCO group locally and globally
Represent the company at trade association meetings and shows
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of retail sales experience
4+ years of wholesale experience
2+ years of management experience preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Shoe industry experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
Working knowledge of SAP software
Ability to travel up to 50%, domestic and internationally
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
