Job Description Qualifications:
The Specialized United States (US) Infrastructure Operations - West Region organization is seeking a Senior Linux and Windows Systems Administrator to support classified and unclassified programs in Mountain View, CA.
The successful candidate will team with program engineering personnel to design, deploy, and maintain effective cost-efficient information technology solutions that support the Boeing Defense Systems programs. Specific requirements will include hardware and software integration, desktop and Linux/Windows server administration, networking, and information security required by the Department of Defense to ensure compliance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead Information Technology projects providing dedicated program infrastructure
Work directly with program personnel to ensure Information Technology infrastructure solutions meet their requirements and schedules
Perform a multi-disciplined range of technical systems and application activities
Design, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain systems hardware, software, and components
Ensure Information Technology infrastructure conforms with standard architectural objectives
Provide technical solutions for a wide range of difficult problems
Develop solutions that are imaginative, thorough, predictable, and consistent with organization objectives
Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects
Interact frequently with inter-organizational personnel and external customers
Represent the organization by providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific program requirements
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
This position requires a successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program such that periodic updates are no longer required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Security + certification
1+ years Windows and Linux (RedHat and Oracle) system administration experience
1+ years of experience in Windows domain joined Linux servers
1+ years of experience with Active Directory,
1+ years of experience with Domain Name Server (DNS)
1+ years of demonstrated knowledge with security relevant tools, systems, and applications in support of Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, Cyber logging requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with bash scripting
Experience with PowerShell scripting
Experience with Floating license daemon servers
Experience with MySQL
Experience with Service-Now
Experience leading teams with implementing Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards to satisfy U.S. Government classified program requirements (e.g. DAAPM, ICD-503, JSIG, and NIST 800 series special publications)
Experience assessing and documenting test or analysis data to show cybersecurity compliance. (e.g., using SCC and STIG Viewer)
Experience with Cyber Security
Experience with Network administration
Experience with ESXi server build
Experience with File Share provisioning
Experience with HPE Proliant or Dell ProEdge servers
Experience with Network File System (NFS)
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary Pay Range: $87,550 - $118,450
