The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Partnerships with a focus on Oncology. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy in the oncology market, with a primary goal of identifying and accelerating revenue growth in key markets. This role is pivotal in new business development, requiring the individual to achieve revenue and growth targets by generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to maximize revenue potential. The SVP will also be expected to monitor and analyze KPIs, revenue targets, and progress against strategic plans, and will serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to the overall direction and strategy of the organization.Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, a background in Oncology, and a minimum of 10 years' of experience in leadership roles with a strong focus on customer success, growth, sales, and marketing. The role demands a professional with a proven ability to drive strategic planning and execution in high-growth environments, as well as demonstrated experience in revenue forecasting and pipeline management. Excellent leadership, strategic, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with client corporate and brand partners. The position is client-facing, and the SVP will be expected to be seen as a valued client partner, making their presence and influence critical to the role.
