Account Executive Responsibilities:

Force Multiplier : Become a force multiplier on Meadow's Sales Team by creating strong relationships with dispensaries who will leverage Meadow to run their operations compliantly and efficiently

Sales & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities by cultivating relationships with potential clients. Develop and execute outreach strategies through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media, webinars networking events).

Consultative Selling : Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client. Demonstrate product value through presentations, demos, and discussions.

Account Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage all aspects of the account including negotiation and closing of sales, onboarding, and post-sale support.Perform "concierge" implementations with dispensaries: selling Meadow, upgrading their workflow, and leaving them in love with our product and team

Market Analysis : Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape future product development and positioning. Inform, empower and influence Meadow's sales and growth strategy

Performance Goals : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Report on sales activities and forecast to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Sales Experience : At least 3 years of sales and/or customer success role. You have a deep interest in software, compliance, and cannabis (bonus points for all three!)

Goal Oriented : You love to take on new challenges and will work hard to achieve ambitious goals.

Growth Mindset : You constantly seek feedback to improve yourself. You quickly learn new concepts and become the resident expert.

Independent and Team Player : You can work well with a team as well as independently
