What you’ll do:
You will be an individual contributor responsible for all areas of revenue-generating activities and operations within an assigned territory for new logo business of various types. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, and on-going funnel development from both your own activities, as well as the activities of assigned channel partners and sellers.
Responsibilities:
Generate all new logo business sales activities in the Territory for assigned prospect accounts and channel partners/sellers
Achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
Contribute to the evolving sales processes through collaborative best practices, working closely with Sales Operations and Solutions Architects
Demonstrate expertise in our solutions, use cases, and ROI presentations
Manage activity set expectations and requirements in your territory on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Accurately manage your pipeline in Salesforce.com through your prospect’s commitments
Accurately forecasts monthly quarterly, and annual opportunities
Work closely with sales leadership for all planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Manage the funnel build, as well as the overall sales process for opportunities brought by 3rd party sales partners/sellers
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
MBA a plus
5+ years of sales or closely related success with year-over-year individual quota attainment
TEM, Mobility and/or Cloud experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of Enterprise, SaaS experience preferred, proven success of selling into "committees"
Hunter with prospecting expertise
Exceptional relationship skills, including superb written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines while successfully managing and building a pipeline and closing deals in the $100K - $1M range
Extreme level of energy, highly self-motivated, and a passion for success
A strong and demonstrably successful track record in sales to C-level and C- minus one level and a proven ability to generate, negotiate and close new business sales deals, in technology or managed services sales
Ability to communicate the value of a relationship with Tangoe, as well as the overall value proposition to various types of business models and industries for both direct customer prospects and channel partners
Channel Partner experience preferred
Represent Tangoe in a professional, honest, and ethical manner at all times
