Job Description Job Description The Senior Key Accounts Executive is primarily responsible for establishing solid and trusting relationships between major key clients and the company. The Key Account Manager is responsible for growing 80+ accounts in the Zoo, Aquarium, Museum and Attractions industries.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Successfully represent and sell products and services to existing and prospective valued clientele.
· Develop complete understanding of account needs; anticipate customer expectation, and exercise decision making ability to determine the best product/service mix to meet customer’s needs.
· Solution oriented to mitigate client issues and complaints.
· Perform sales presentations and strategic planning to improve client results.
· Respond to incoming calls from customers and prospects in a timely manner.
· Working with design, sales team, creative, marketing, logistics, managers, and team members from these departments dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of deliverables on behalf of our clients.
· Collaborating with sales team and the product development team to maximize profits by up selling and cross selling and product creation.
· Communicate customer expectations to various support departments.
· Meet annual sales growth goals.
· Evaluate account base. Develop strategies, tactics, and contingency plans to obtain a specific market share.
· Represent company at regional or national shows and at customer visits.
· Maintain professionalism and stay abreast of new developments through meetings, publications, conferences, and industry networking opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications Required:

· Superior organization and teamwork skills.
· Goal-oriented and strong personal drive.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· MS office suite with emphasis in Excel skills, applications, and ERP/CRM software skills a must
· Persuasive / Sales ability and negotiation skills
· Multitasking and able to manage more than one account and client activity at a time.
